When we were looking to sell our first house and buy a second we agreed to meet with a realtor. After that disastrous meeting we had just about decided to not use one at all when we were fortunate to meet Tom Sapinski. We couldn’t have been happier with him. As a realtor, he makes himself easily available, puts you at instant ease and always leaves you with the feeling that what you want is just as important to him. Tom is very knowledgeable about all aspects of realty when it comes to the buying and selling of properties. He is extremely patient and demonstrated that patience with the many many questions we had. He sticks with you through all facets of your home purchase and sale are completed and checks in with you after to be sure you have settled in, are happy in your new home and to answer any more questions you might have. We were very touched by this and by his housewarming gift. We would not hesitant to use Tom again in a second when we are ready to sell this house and buy a smaller one. We also wouldn’t hesitant to recommend him to anyone as a realtor you can trust. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Tom as our realtor and our friend.
