Tom was referred to me by a friend who had just bought his first house. I am also a first time home buyer, and was really looking for someone knowledgable and patient to guide me through the process. Tom was very patient and understanding of my requirements and possessed a lot of knowledge about what sorts of things to look for. I was in a bit of a rush to find a house and he was very flexible in meeting me off hours to view houses. We viewed almost 25 houses in a 2-3 week period! I was very appreciative of Tom’s patience and am happily settled into my new house. He has also connected me with a few times since taking possession to check in and make sure I was settled and happy. Overall, a very positive experience.
