It is with great pleasure that I recommend Tom Sapinski. I met Tom when I purchased my first condo in 2008 and worked with him again this year, when I sold that same condo and purchased another.
In all transactions Tom was organized, thorough, and personable. During the search of my home (both times) he offered me an objective viewpoint on each place I toured, thereby helping me with my decisions. He was always expedient in returning my calls/emails, searching for properties, and setting up tours.
With the purchase of my condo, I ran into some trouble with my mortgage lender and Tom was instrumental at helping me navigate through the mess so that I could close on my home.
With the sale of my condo, he provided me with outstanding advice. He did all he said he would and exceeded my expectations 3 days after placing my home on the market, by presenting me with an offer that I accepted.
Tom is a true professional and very knowledgeable about aspects of realty that surpasses just the legalities of buying and selling properties. He is extremely patient and will stick with you until all facets of your home purchase/sale are completed and thereafter.
