This Ottawa community lies south of Industrial Avenue, west of St Laurent Boulevard and north of Walkley Road.
Surrounded by all kinds of local businesses and services. The area is home to a branch of the Ottawa Public Library, two grocery stores, six schools, and the National Museum of Science and Technology. It also features the Elmvale Acres Shopping Centre on St. Laurent, which functions as an east end OC Transpo transit station. The shopping centre was unfortunately the scene of a shooting in 2006.
