I recently completed the purchase of a home in Ottawa. Coming from out of province, I wanted to get the process started before I arrived. I sent out e-mails to prospective agents in the Ottawa area and Tom Sapinski was the first agent to respond to my questions.

Never having lived in Ottawa, this was invaluable for me.
